Returns & Refund Policy

At Speed Performance Lab, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase

Items that are no longer wanted or prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shopify payment processing fees and foreign currency exchange fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Due to Shopify’s policy changes effective March 1, 2020, payment processing fees are not returned to merchants when refunds are issued.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Products and packaging must be received in resaleable condition.
  • Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and customer contact details.
  • A completed Returns Form must accompany all returned goods.

We reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee if returned packaging is damaged, defaced, or incomplete.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Special order items
  • Custom-made products
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications
  • Non-stock items ordered specifically for the customer

Deposits placed on special order or non-stock items are non-refundable once the order has been processed. Speed Performance Lab reserves the right to require a deposit of 50%–100% of the order value for special-order products.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under applicable consumer protection laws, customers may be entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Unfit for purpose
  • Damaged during transit

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Speed Performance Lab will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • A full refund, replacement, or exchange will be offered where applicable.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for labor, installation, removal, towing, or workshop costs associated with defective or incorrectly supplied parts.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned parcels arrive safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Speed Performance Lab cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost or damaged during transit. Please retain proof of postage and tracking documentation until your return has been processed.


Return Authorization Required

Before returning any goods, customers must contact us via email to request return authorization and obtain the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
